Confession: I hated Spanish rice as a kid. It was gross. But the reason is because I didn’t know what real paella tasted like. And boy, now that I know better, I’m saddened by what I’ve been missing all these years! The paella cooking class was amazing, something you just have to do when you visit a new place.
