Wandering Around Out There With A Canoe On My Head

POV Tour Of Venice’s Alleys and a Trip To Medical Museum – Remote Work In Italy, Day 82

In today’s video I get to do some acting. Good acting, all things considered (for example, the writing and direction was terrible). Let me know what you think, as this was a bit of an experiment. Do you like the first person view? Including the pretty standard Venetian experience of making a wrong turn into a dead end at a canal? Should I do bridges next?

Watch for the legend of the Calle de la Morte (alley of death).

What I forgot to mention was that today’s church was the Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo, which is, by volume*, the largest church in Venice. (*A funny way to say that, as I imagine them dipping the church in a giant bath tub to measure the water that was displaced.) Then I got to see the similarly named hospital’s museum of medicine – Museum of Pathological Anatomy (Ospedale Santi Giovanni e Paolo – Museo di Anatomia Patologica). Very cool stuff in both locations.
