Remote Work In Italy, Day 16: In Awe of Cattedrale di Monreale

Today was a great day, to say the least. I got up to Montreal… sorry, Monreale. Great town on top of a hill. The hill seems a bit higher than the Montreal near home (Canada), and even more European feeling, if you can believe that (Canada joke). Seriously though, I was so moved by visiting the Cattedrale. It is something else. Also, climbing up to the roof was an adventure itself.

But boy, did I walk. A lot more than I had planned. But, I learned how to use the bus system here, and I might head over to another mountain tomorrow. Or another town. I haven’t decided. We’ll see how my feet and calves feel about it all in the morning. A domani!
