Remote Work In Italy, Day 38: Climbing The Terrace of Brunelleschi’s Dome

Today was a very full day. It was full of a trip to the market, seeing the inside of the Duomo, then the outside of the Duomo up close on the roof/terrace, night gelato, not to mention a lovely meal full of being full. The funniest part was when Amber tried to order fettuccine alfredo, the waiter, exasperated, told her she just couldn’t do that. It was on the menu for the tourists, but if she likes cheese, he had an alternative. Turns out she loved that even more than she wanted her alfredo.
