Wandering Around Out There With A Canoe On My Head

Remote Work In Italy, Day 4: My First (real) Sicilian Meal

Today’s lessons: How to create a remote work day schedule and how to find the good food to cook. Thankfully my Airbnb host directed me to the good market and I was able to buy some fantastic ingredients for a wonderful meal.

Some other lessons: My rooftop cat friends are definitely not the same 2 cats I thought were up there. I will buy anything with pistachios in it, or if someone suggests it’s “authentically Sicilian”. I can figure out how to feed myself. Local Sicilian ingredients super charge pasta sauce! My balcony door brings a beautiful cool evening breeze. My tshirts might be too stretched out. I can figure out how to close the screen door without breaking it. With all the walking, I should be down to 100 lbs. With all the treats I keep finding, I should be up to 300.
