Today’s video I talk a bit from the heart, about how a small gesture of humanity towards someone else adds so much for such little effort. It’s important to be polite, and offer positivity, because a tiny amount expands into so much more. Show your excitement, share it with people. Let people know they are welcome.

It was a getting-back-to-a-routine day, starting by getting some new supplies from the Florence market. I made it to a new market a bit further away – Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio – and I think had a bit better veggies, but then went back to the usual market – Mercato Centrale – for some pasta and salami. Then it was on to work, so I didn’t really get a lot of photos. Another reason for less photos, tonight’s video is way too long. I had a point, but took a really long way to get there, which makes sense since I’m talking about my silly feelings and foibles, and talking too much would be one more.
