Today I headed back to the market for supplies. I had cleared the fridge out because I’d be away for a day. I experimented with making clams, fresh and local from the market. I also talk a bit about not only the Mediterranean diet, but Italy’s theory on food, particularly focused on digestion.
I also took a tour of the Teatro Massimo. Neat building. Might be haunted. Might have helped make Lost In Translation.
