Today was mostly a get-back-to-work day, but I did manage to get a few things done, and see a few things too (but none of the things I was hoping to do). Specifically, I talk about the fact that the airport shuttle here in Venice is, of course, also a boat, how to handle the back and forth of wanting to stay and missing home, and how to say goodbye to this place properly.
Oh, also, I have a bit of an announcement in today’s video. Like a jerk, I left it until the end, so you’re just going to have to hear me ramble on about waterbus schedules and such.
FYI – The chocolate flowing sculpture at the end of the video was installed the day before recording this video. Normally this store has a different fountain, but created a special gondola one for Venice.
Today's church was Chiesa di San Silvestro. Neat but tiny (relatively)
